I’m a dedicated sports conditioning and personal trainer with a deep passion for fitness. With years of experience helping individuals transform their bodies and minds, I specialize in creating customized training programs that are both effective and empowering.

As an amateur Muay Thai fighter, I understand the discipline, focus, and perseverance required to succeed in any fitness journey. I believe in pushing boundaries while ensuring proper technique and safety, whether you’re aiming for athletic performance or overall well-being.

What kind of training do you offer?

I offer strength and conditioning-focused personal training using functional movements, HIIT, and fitness-based boxing and Muay Thai drills. No combat sparring just powerful, results-driven workouts & Drills.

Our standard sessions are 60 minutes long, which includes warm-up, main workout, and cool-down. We also offer 45-minute express sessions for clients with tighter schedules.

Yes, equipment is provided by Deeno Fitness. We also make use of your equipment if you have any or a home gym.

We will connect through Zoom for 45 minutes. I will have a home-based schedule for you and you will inform us before hand what equipment you have.

You can book as much as you want with me. For set times, we can create you a custom monthly package which may work out to be more cost effective for you per session.

Sessions must be booked 24hrs before and must be cancelled 1hr in advance in order to move or reschedule you session!

Not at all! Whether you’re a beginner or have some training background, I’ll meet you where you are and tailor the sessions to your level.

No, while the sessions are inspired by boxing and Muay Thai movements, they are strictly for fitness and conditioning—not for combat or licensed self-defense.
